She knew where to find him, it was the same place they had run into each other when they had both lost their mothers.
He looked away when he saw her approach. It's okay, boys don't cry in front of girls.
Head against his shoulder, Hazel brought her paw up to hold him. She knew the pain. This was for her almost as much as it was for him. Feeling him tremble beneath her arm Hazel began to cry too. Words can't express those feelings of loss, but through her touch she told him. "I wont go anywhere if you don't."

I woke up this morning almost 2 hours earlier than I should, with this song playing on my phone: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jluCcb… and this picture was literally burned into my skull. With Zeus gone I can only imagine how their cubs feel.
